antic zen monk statue ?

If you have some personal Asian artwork that you would like to sell, feel free to post it here, with images etc.
The story always starts: "My father/grandfather bought this in Japan/Korea just after the war..."

antic zen monk statue ?

Post by fandango1404 » Feb 16, 2010 1:56 pm

Hello all, i’m looking for some help in identifying ( and why not sale!) the statue of a Japanese monk, which is in my family for at least more than 100 years. This statue is believed to have come from a Japanese temple. I would appreciate any help you can give. Thanks very much in advance. valflor@yahoo.com
